jack j
2 years older than Kane. May as well make him player manager. He will be having all the say anyway
ilikenewcastle
Not sure how to feel about this. Felt more comfortable with a half arsed Conte in the job.

I can see them getting a boost just from not having Conte raging around the place. Kind of like us and the bounce that was probably just as much relief of Souness being gone than Roeder's actual ability.
The Prophet
Conte is a proven winner who demands high standards from his players, they're far more likely to get 4th with him than roll the dice on an inexperienced caretaker. I wonder if Poch would go back?

Anderson
Palace must be the most uninspiring club around to support, never involved in anything. Think I'd take a relegation for a change of scenery if I was them. Fucking Hodgson, man.
HaydnNUFC
Most boring club in the league. Played dull as fuck football for years only to end up 12th every season. Get them down.
wormy
I wonder what odds you could get on him still there come the start of next season.
Danh1
Would love Palace to go more than any other. They’re more boring than us under Ashley, and their fans are dull as dish watta.
Skeletor
Palace are a bit boring, but there's far more offensive teams to flush such as Everton.

Stifler
That’s both a backwards step and a sideway step. Palace only exist so Steve Parish can have a larger wallet.

By all accounts they have stopped playing for him and he has fallen out with the majority of them, I think they have more chance of getting a reaction with a managerial change than by sticking with Conte. SteV
Bit weird that Palace are going back to Hodgson really. His MO is to come in and make teams organised, hard to breakdown etc. which is exactly what Palace already are. Not sure anyone has ever thought ‘we’ve got serious problems with our attacking play, let’s turn to Roy Hodgson’.

Presumably they think they've got a shot at someone in the summer and RH is just the "safe pair of hands" to tide them over until then?

Yorkie
Think it's an ideal appointment for them given the context, really. I just can't believe the guy himself hasn't actually retired yet.
