Leazes_End_Mag
He won the penalty Funnily enough I was just watching the 'highlights' after I sent that and immediatley regretted the post. He still done nowt but im sure that'll change once he gets settled in.

Ikon
"Mo Diame can be an “important player” for Newcastle United because he is “not scared” to dribble his way out of trouble and drive his team forward, believes Rafa Benitez. He has to improve physically and then he will be an important player for us because he is not scared to keep the ball and try to dribble with it,” Benitez said of Diame. He needs to be a little bit fitter and then hopefully he can be another player with quality who can make the difference in some matches.” Just like Fallback
Dave
Described as a striker by Gayle.

Scoot
thought this kid had his best game, much more involved Totally agree. One of the best players out there today.
Dave
Yep, thought he was mostly excellent. Should only get better as his fitness and understanding with teammates improves.
CPL
He held the ball up well and moved it forward in tricky situations, exactly what some of our other forwards need to do. Kept it simple and was effective.
Figures 1-0 Football
Like having a Sissoko with a better touch and end product.
Newcastle Fan
Honestly isn't much of a difference between him and Sissoko on the field, this guy looks like he has a better idea with what to do with the ball too.
Minhosa
Another one that's better than Sissoko. Seems to have some degree of intelligence unlike the moose.
Hanshithispantz
I think he's a much more complete player than Sissoko like. Sissoko just carries the ball up field disgustingly well.
xLiaaamx
Don't think he has the out and out pace or turn of pace that Moussa has, but probably better on the ball. Would obviously prefer to have them both at their best but like what Diame's done so far.
Dave
Comparing him to Sissoko after a few games is fairly ill-advised. He looks a good signing, can't we judge him on his own merits?
Yorkie
This guy...
BillClinton
Looks like an x-factor and the type of player teams just don't have at this level. Should have signed him 3 seasons ago when half this forum was crying out for it.
Minhosa
Comparing him to Sissoko after a few games is fairly ill-advised. He looks a good signing, can't we judge him on his own merits? It's hardly a comparison to Beardsley, Shearer or Gazza like.

Black players must be compared against other black players.

Yorkie
He's a powerful runner so that's where the comparisons with Sissoko come from. He was excellent today, held the ball up, played it to feet, constantly offered for it, physical, running with the ball. Best individual performance from any of our players this season mebs? Gallowgate Toon
He's got much nicer technique on the ball, IMO. Seems to have much control in tight spots. Not as explosive an athlete but I don't think we quite need that so much. Reckon he's got more of an eye for a pass too.

Sissoko would have blazed it across the box blindly.
Conjo
He has the same "give no fucks, let´s eat an apple"-running style as Shola has.
