That's true, but that didn't matter a jot when EUROMANIA was in full force. I was as buzzing as I've been for years. Now I'm enjoying stupid pain free sporting events like golf/cricket/Olympics. I've got absolutely no desire to see the PL season start. I think my best hope with football is to see if I can engross myself in La Liga / Serie A or something. Football is dead. Who has actually spent big money so far? A lot of rumours but nothing concrete just yet.
