gbandit
Going to Chelsea is like the millionaire version of the dole, you have to turn up once a week to the bench for your paycheck and you have to occasionally go out on loan

Kid Icarus
I'd be calling to burn down the stadium if I was a Lorient fan at the moment like. Near the top of the league and selling out to become a feeder club for fucking Bournemouth.

Beforehand - maybe yeh. They bought Lukaku & Werner for a combined £150m. They've recouped £35m. Fortunate to get those wages off the books. They'll be letting a lot of players go for free just to get the wages out.
GeordieDazzler
They’ll still probably be paying the original transfer fee for a lot of these players once their sold. esp with the ridiculous contract lengths.

Chelsea have always been the worst, and Man City, just so much wasted talent in there to the detriment of our national team.

TaylorJ_01
I hope this doesn't inflate the wider market, rather just a temporary 'Chelsea are mental' effect, but I'm fairly sure it will.
Kimbo
The club that gave us the Winston Bogarde fiasco could end up with about a dozen Winston’s at this rate.
