He basically can’t run anymore so will need to just pitch up in the 20 yard area and slam in some quality finishes which he’ll still be capable of 1 shot on target last season in the PL suggests otherwise but I wish him the best for 36 out 38 games next season. LaurentRobert
West Ham probably have the worst record in the Prem when it comes to striker signings. Really surprised Wilson got this move tbh. Anyone who watched him last season could tell that his legs had completely gone for this level
Zero
No disrespect to Wilson but I don’t think this will end well. I simply don’t think he can contribute anymore in EPL. Championship maybe
Miercoles
He always seemed to score against West Ham so maybe they're just trying to bring the goals against column down a couple notches
Stottie
Is he the Kudus replacement? fwiw, the player with the most top flight goals under Potter is Neal Maupay.

I’m not sure if our offer was more out of respect for him if he was desperate to stay, rather than something we wanted him to sign.

Kooiman
I love him and he hope he smashes it at West Ham. He came here when there wasn't much to shout about or look forward to and gave us a dash of joy and a bit of self-confidence. It was great to see a player come here and want the number 9 shirt and almost chase that responsibility and pressure to be the star striker. It saddens me he couldn't avoid the injury, but thems the breaks. I'm pleased he got to experience the Champions League and also leave with a winners medal given he was a vital reason the club stopped up and was able to be bought in the first place. As the club's aspirations continue to grow I don't imagine I'll feel much of a bond with the super star players we sign, but Wilson was one of those 'in the trenches' types that I loved. Fingers crossed he starts the season with a goal or two.
