I think it’s part of any standard contract nowadays.

It's the EPL rules, not sure when it was introduced - I know previously it used to be a contract thing but guess that's changed now.

So even if the parent club permitted it, in the EPL, the loan players couldn't play against their parent club.

Bruno and Trippier to cancel out the threat of Coutinho seems reasonable, I wouldn't have the confidence in Joe Willock to be tracking back consistently but I also agree he would offer more going forward than Shelvey

Can't really see Shelvey getting anywhere near Coutinho either tbh, would be only Bruno who might be able to stifle him as he looks like he can keep pace without much trouble when dealing with quicker more agile forwards.

Didn't realise Villa's last win at SJP was the Saylor/Dyer/Bowyer shit show. Must be a good 15 years ago.

Was just thinking today when was the last time they won here , couldn’t remember.

keep it up

We've lost twice at home to them in 20 years.  Muppets.

1st one was when Uriah rennie fucking hated shearer.

2nd one was when Bowyer decided he was a boxing athlete.
