We've been here before with Brazilian transfer links.

Matheus Franca springs to mind.

But we have Ross Wilson now. Found a few for Forest, didn't he?

Why?

One of those that was “all agreed” before Palace got him. See similar with Rayan, a case of the Brazilian press using NUFC to force Bournemouth’s hand.

If we are looking to spend big money in Brazil, it should be for Breno Bidon at Corinthians, the long term successor to Bruno.

I think Brazilian links will have more credibility now Wilson is here, I have no doubt we'll be looking at some anyway.

Whether this specific report is accurate is a different story but in a years time if there's no genuine offers put in for a Brazilian player I will be a bit surprised.

I went to watch Vasco v Flamengo at the Maracana. One of the fiercest rivalries in Brasil.

You can drink cans of peeve in your seats and I got absolutely blootered. The Flamengo samba band was ace and I don't think they'd ever seen a European who could dance as fast as I can.

Nothing else to add.

Sign them cheap, loan them to the German or Portuguese leagues for a season or two then play them when they're better, rather than the German/Portuguese teams getting them cheap and then having to pay 2-3 times as much once they've made it.

Tell us you play Football Manager without telling us you play Football Manager
