Losers got the 'consolation' prize of Champions League qualification What do you think the % split of the fan base opinions would be for Man Utd, Spurs but also if it was us in the same scenario. I'd imagine the owners of both clubs would take option 2 without hesitation but would like to think the fans were a little different. However this year with the PSR implications and so many 'top' teams needing to make CL qualification it feels like a bit of a sliding door moment taking the trophy option. Genuinely dont know what I think (probably would have been different pre March 16th) which makes me feel a little sad for the future of the game.

According to the handbook there is no difference between a two or three team tie. After points, GD, and goals scored it goes to H2H points and then H2H away goals. If still tied then there is a neutral site playoff. The order would be City, Newcastle, Chelsea in that scenario that is not happening.
