I'm still of the mind that regardless of which manager comes in the problem will still be the same - because the club actively pursued mid-table at best and no cup runs for several seasons that sentiment has leeched in to the players and now they are essentially unable to get a winning mentality together. Without wholesale changes to both players and management I don't see anything changing and relegation is pretty much a cert.
