Well thinking about it, Sammy has spent this season making a major contribution towards saving his club from relegation - a bankrupt club that looked absolutely doomed after the first few games when he was injured.

Hatem has spent the season sat on his arse, and thinking it's funny.

You pick your heroes, I'll pick mine.  ;)

Why are you so weird ?

Sat on his arse thinking it's funny? Does he need to be crying in the stands? The Hatem situation sums up the sanitation of football tbh. Posts a tongue in cheek picture online 'OMG TROUBLEMAKER'. Yet I thought whenever Zlatan pulls out his zany shtick, football needs more characters like that? Or is there a minimum trophy requirement before you can have a personality in football now?

 Fuck off to your heroes thread for a good ol' chinwag with his other fans. It's just back there on page six.

He would be a mega star in America man. It would be ridiculous.

I legit email my season ticket account rep who handles our corporate seats for work about every transfer window saying they should sign him  they always seem so fucking confused as to why I keep suggesting it

If he still is motivated enough, then yeah Mr Middle Ground.

He would kill it over there.

Ben Arfa never lacks motivation man. He loves making a mug of defenders. He gets immense joy from doing so.

In the MLS I imagine he would be given far more freedom to do so. The pace and competition isn't as intense, and they also wouldn't be as dogmatic with him about tracking back etc.

He'd be a big star there due to his flair.

Bloody hell, he would be insane in MLS. I'd go over for a game for sure, I saw Henry score direct from a corner FFS.

Is that allowed?

Yes. Didn't England score/concede from a corner in a qualifying game once?

Didn't Ian Woan score from a corner for Forest against us?

I think all he needs is to be put on a pitch and a ball at his feet.

He loves being a big fish in a small pond. He would definitely relish the easier type of football together with the great lifestyle.

I'm sure players like Giovinco, Loderio etc are of similar mentality (Not giving too much fuck about making a 'great' football career and instead enjoy  being a rich person, living a great lifestyle, and doing it while playing lower intensity football.)

Don't blame them in a way.

Shelvey has attempted it a few times too

Emery who never ever plays him, despite the likes of Dani Alves telling him that he needs to play wants to sign him for Arsenal.

I reckon that's definitely nonsense.
