Sibierski
It’s not half a season. Been consistently performing at a really good output since he went to Forest. Was superb at u21s and is still delivering. Tonali is off form, but he always had limitations in his passing game, but that’s not a problem if he’s singing and others are in form.

Overrated and never as good as made out a few of the regular comments ive seen Unless you know the people involved, I think it’s becoming an increasingly pointless endeavour trying to take onboard the opinions of opposition ’fans’. On Saturday, after the Manc derby, I saw a Man City fan (granted, on Facebook, so arguably the equivalent of reading what’s scrawled in shit on a toilet wall) describe Rodri as ‘Mr gives the ball away’. Well Tonali was superb at U21s as well presumably. He was Milan captain no? My point is it sometimes confuses me why we’re so positive on other clubs and players and so negative on our own. TheBrownBottle
Fucking hell, are there now suggestions he’s better than Tonali? No-one with functioning eyes could think that.
Lish007
Where do you think this guy ends up? I'd love us to buy him back. Man Yew fans convinced he'll want to go there... i mean, the disrespect man utd have for Newcastle i'd hope he would turn them down being a proper geordie. I'd rather see him at Man City than anyone else tbh. Rodri is on his way out so they have a need for him. It would sicken me to see him in red! HawK
Would love him back. You can't underestimate the passion of having local lads in your starting XI - to run that extra yard and keeping going for that extra mile - and to set the tone for everyone else. I swear Burn is twice the player he would be anywhere else because he's playing for us.

I just don't know if the top dogs will go for it. Eddie yes, of course. It must be the only hot topic transfer this summer that we actually have an edge in. Otherwise, we are usually always last on the list. If we are in for him, i think we get him. Just not sure we would put 100m down which is a shame. Perhaps we throw in old Vladdy for old times sake. ExiledGeordie
I think Wharton will go Man U and Anderson most likely City. In fact Man U who are cash strapped will probably sign Baleba as well 😂
La Parka
Absolutely gutted he's off to city. Hopefully goes better than Delph and Phillips.
The Prophet
Feels Wharton would be a better fit for City than Anderson.
Nine
Would love him back also, but think the ship has sailed. I just can’t see us paying what Forest would value him at (relegated or not). The need for a CM isn’t that great right now, although if Joelinton or Tonali were to leave.. Edited March 6 by Nine
Mike
115 charges and they get the player that was ripped from us because we didn't want 1.

I really dont see anyone paying what Forest will ask for him. I think he'll go down with them and have at least half a season in the championship. Don't know why but see him ending up at Tottenham no matter which league they're in. Not a "fancy" enough name for Man U, would be a Calvin Phillips at City. Chelsea might just for s**ts and giggles to make sure no one else gets him, Arsenal haven't shown any real interest, and won't be back at us considering PSR won't let us buy a packet of crisps according to some

Geogaddi
He is a good player but I will be astounded if he turns out to be good enough for Man City.
Sima
Another instance of a club buying a player so no-one else can have them imo.
Novocastrian
I’d love him back but unfortunately he’s out of our financial reach now. Good job we’ve got a buy back clause and huge sell on fee. Edited March 6 by Novocastrian
