He’s obviously not going to play much under Bruce so 30 odd games in the Championship hoping he comes back to a Bruceless Newcastle is a decent move. A couple of panic loans/agent favours on deadline day aside, yes. Still think it’s mad we once signed someone on loan purely so they could avoid a Russian/Ukraine conflict.
