Also they've only been with their respective teams a few weeks, we should reserve any definitive judgement for a few more months at the least. Or more accurately imo - how much a great manager can do for you. Schar was an international and I think he would’ve got a move abroad and found his level at a good side. But Murphy in particular and others. Eddie has done wonders for their careers.
