Sorted on the lyrics to this yet? Saw tweets with "he's our centre forward" and "he's our number 14"

I've been humming

Gimme gimme gimme a striker from Sweden
He's our number 14 and he plays in attack (could probably do better here)
Gimme gimme gimme a striker from Sweden
First names Alexander and his lastname's Isaak

Not that it matters as it will be sung faster than the speed of light

I’d be happy if Isak started to see if he could make an immediate impact, but I don’t think he will. I think Howe will keep him on the bench then not hesitate to bring him into the game in either half if needed. He’ll likely go with as many players he had starting against wolves.
If ASM is out, then he’ll start Fraser. otherwise I’d like to see both Fraser and ASM playing off Isak.

Just need the next three lines sorted now - Alexander Isak fits into the "oh-oh" chorus bit.

We were far too skint to sign him

But we can sign him in a heartbeat now

That’s the thing with Isak

He scores at every ground

So he can smash it past your keeper

Leave him spent with nowt to offer

He scores the goals that hurt you

He scores them like they’re nothing

Alexsander Isaaaaaaaaaaak, wohhhhhhhhhhhhh ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Fair enough.

But Willock isn't getting into goalscoring positions very often. He's very often the missing body in the box. Isak could be that extra body, but it means changin things around a little and I'm just describing how I think that would be best achieved.

Not a lot of sense in replacing Willock with another Willock as the results will be the same.

I'm also thinking about when Wilson is fit, but talking about when we're reliant on Wood.

Willock is playing right side of a midfield 3. Isak will not.  Willock isn’t getting into the box very often because that’s not a major component of the role. He’s not playing as a second striker or a 10. Hes right side of a midfield 3.

Isak might play Almiron’s position / role. Right side of attack in a front 3.

If Isak plays with Almiron and Wilson. We either try Almiron deeper in a midfield 3. Or change shape entirely.

For me, this is the one. It’s original and Sam Fender related. People will sing the Abba one because it’s already been done.

Be very disappointed if my 80's snooker based chant doesn't catch on;

Alexander nuts are we,

We're all Isak...loopy!

In defence and in attack

With a mazy dribble and nice pull-back

Alexander nuts are we,

We're all Isak... loopy!
