We look every bit a top 4 side right now. Able to rip through teams when we feel like it. Yes, we weren't perfect tonight, but we've got so much quality and above all, an outstanding coach. We've got this.

So the current state of play, as things stand.

We are on 62 points, with a possible 18 points to get.

Man United: 2 points ahead of them, they have a game in hand - Can get a max of 21 points.

Aston Villa: 8 points ahead of them, we have a game in hand - Villa can get a max of 15 points.

Tottenham: 8 points ahead of them, we have a game in hand - Spurs can get a max of 15 points.

Liverpool: 9 points ahead of them, played the same amount - Liverpool can get a max of 18 points.

Brighton: 13 points ahead of them, they have 2 games in hand - Can get a max of 24 points.

Thats juicy.

The management tonight was genuinely brilliant. Clearly the players were fully prepared for the storm at the start and took their opportunities to try and play when they could. Fantastic preparation and brilliant by the players to stay calm and execute it.

Think we've got a hell of an opportunity of finishing 3rd now like, Man Utd are dropping more points and we're not going to drop many more I don't think, we can do this

We couldn't care less about finishing third. I would say you have that in the bag. We just want fourth before the final game.

Huge win and a very important draw between Spurs and Manure in the context of top four. Kind of puts to bed some of the concern of Pools result last night. We need to go and put the Saints away Sunday now. Don’t be surprised if Spurs get something on Sunday too.
