Played really well but we need to be careful with him. He's naturally fit but we've got a lot of games coming up and he can't start them all, well just burn him out within a month and we'll be back to square 1. Trippier and Krafth are going to have to come in and let him rest at times until the window opens again

In an ideal world we have a great first half against Marseille, already winning g by a few goals then take him off. Same with a few others.

How on earth does he just slot back in like that after 6+ weeks out injured like he's never been away and plays 90 mins against some of the best wide men in the league.

Such a gem of a player. Great to have him and Hall back at the same time. Just a shame Trippier and Krafth both missing then so we can't ease them both back in.

I wouldn't start him against Marseille, he's just back from Injury and we need him against Everton more than Marseille, Trippier is better in the Champs League than in the prem aswell

We're so reliant on him [emoji38]

He's that fucking good

It was crazy that he played the full match when he should had been weeks behind where Hall was in terms of fitness and training.

Exactly this. No idea how he lasted the full 90mins. Can't see him starting again on Tuesday and only coming on in an emergency.

If Trippier isn’t back he’ll have to play! But saying that, it’s very clear who the first choice is now. It’s day and night in comparison, as much as I love Tripps and what he did for us.

It’s no wonder City are sniffing around.

City might be sniffing around a certain Italian next summer too?

Do we think that's his best game at RB for us? His best performances have so far came as LB, whereas he's kind of been a bit subdued whenever he's played RB.

Could be because if hes lb that means hall isnt playing, so the rb is likely trippier or krafth, neither of which get forward much. so we see more of tino attacking, whereas he wouldnt as much at rb because hall gets forward a good bit.

Also his pace is handy when he stays back for counters etc.

Just my thought anyway. Lovely player, lucky to have him!
