He actually lost and still with the same 30odd percent possession.

It's absolutely outrageous

Still, it barely makes much difference if he goes or not. Ashley will just take this fanbase on another merry go round.

As others have said, our only hope is the takeover. If it looks like we’re dragged into the shit and that could potentially jeopardise the takeover Ashley might pull the plug.

Re a potential sacking, we do still have a pretty healthy cushion at this point so it might take a couple more defeats for it to sink in.

Yeah, after the next 2-3 is when it gets dicey. Even then we’ll be around a point a game, which is survival pace still.

Not sure it's that healthy, Fulham have two games in hand.

Mike appoints competent people when we’re up shit creek (Kev, Al, Rafa)

And he appoints buffoons when things are stable

Really still believe that the players are good enough if they can be brought back to liking football again and being allowed to get forward.

On that basis and accepting that the potential replacement candidates aren’t great and we are awaiting court cases the best bet for Ashley now might be to offer a huge retirement bonus on keeping us up to Harry Redknapp

He’ll be licking his lips at another payoff.

I wouldn’t even pay him off. Put him on Furlough, let the government pay his wages. Maximum of £2K a month right? Hopefully he’s mortgaged up to his eyeballs.

Not sure Shearer counts as a good appointment, as much as I like the man.

Yeah, I understand what you’re saying but the bloke loves the club. If nowt else he brought passion. Can the same be said of Mike’s boom time appointments?

Is it true Sheffield United have conceded in every game they’ve played this season? Apart from tonight.

Aye.

We didn't even threaten their goal.

Which is weird considering how much more attacking we are under Bruce compared to negative Rafa.
