Hes gone from a 1 in 4 goal return in celta vigo to a 1 in 3 in the prem for wolves it does show improvement and I agree that we and Eddie would bring the best out of him. 

 

This does still feel like a never getting your money back pants down sort of fee. However this late in the window with a sellers market especially in terms of strikers we only have ourselves to blame.

His conversion rate is what I think is really interesting. In a way it sort of undermines any wider xG you apply to him.

Scored 13 and 14 league goals in his last 2.

 

I've got him in my FPL team. Thinking was - he's bang average as a player but he will score goals. Like 1 in 3 and that still holds true for us, maybe even a little more.

Yes, it is a fallacy to think that Isak scored 19 from open play, the same as Wissa at Brentford, due entirely to Isak.

Darren Bent was a bagsman. A number of 15+ seasons, even 20+. Larsen has never hit those figures in any league.

If we sign him, he'll score goals, trust me. We make so many chances, any decent forward with EPL experience would get 20+ goals for us. Isak's good, but how many one-on-ones did he miss last season? He missed a bunch of clear chances also, but still got 23 goals, and most were either penalties or put on a plate for him.

 

JSL can get even better, and Eddie will help him. Just pay up, I say. I have no doubts at all he will bag a goals for us. 

 

We have hardly bought a dud so far under Eddie who cost more than 30 million. Trust the process
