It's not like Howe wanted to sell him either, this was forced on us by the cartel and their appointed rule enforcers. Villa have also seen their squad decimated for the same reasons. It's like being run by a third world dictatorship. He was played as one of the 8s in central midfield under Eddie, not out wide. He played out wide in League two under Barton. My recall is of him pulling out wide left quite often, maybe it was just part of the way we play, in the same manner Joelinton and Willock often end up on the left. I think Forest suits him better because with them sitting back more than we do, he gets a lot more space to run into. Similar for Willock I think. The College Dropout
For Forest he plays as a proper CM. He plays the roles Miley has these last 2 games. Much more of a CM than Willock is asked to play even in the 8. Moreso than Joelinton too tbh.
Smal
he would be my number 1 transfer target to be honest. He’d be ahead of Joelinton straight away for me, but I think he’d be a great successor for Bruno as well now that he’s become more accomplished in a deeper position. Think Forest could have PSR issues in the summer as well. Would be the ideal time to bring him back.

No if we're talking number 1 transfer targets there's way better We've been linked with Camavinga in the last two days who id much rather have even though I rate Anderson

NSG
Genuinely would be the ideal signing for us in January. Chuck them £50m plus Willock

Of course he was always ready made, he wasn't being played but it was obvious that he was a good player.
