Yeah looked bright.

This isnt a criticism of the manager but I do wonder if weve over complicated his game through coaching. Hes an instinctive player, who likes to drive at players and either cross or shoot. Hes been playing within himself, sideways and backwards. He needs to play his game.

I think Gordon might have a similar “issue” in that he now cuts and tries to play as he’s been told.

He's needed that goal all season to get him going. Will probably bang in a bunch now in his next few games.

Game looked tailor made for him, called him scoring if he came on in the first half. Loads of space in behind for a player like him.

Seemed to pick the ball up in the right midfield role quite a bit, some really strong driving runs forward too. Looks bright and hopefully linking with big nick will suit him far more.

It’s unfortunate for him. That he has barely played with Woltemade yet. As they compliment each other’s game perfectly.

The link up with the 1-2 for a chance b Bradford is the sort of chance I think he'd get plenty of playing around Woltemade.

Almost feel bad for Barnes; started while Gordon was suspended and couldn’t buy a goal. Gordon returns, he gets benched, comes on as a sub… and scores. Lad’s cursed to be a supersub, whether he likes it or not

He's a great player to have around the squad. Always got a goal or two in him, the first particularly was an excellent finish with nobody up supporting.

Absolute bullseye. Was the only place he could put it from that angle and he managed it. Just a great goal.
