This. Barcelona meant the best of the best. Elite inside out and the club everyone aspired to be. Class ooozed from every avenue and it was constant. Thats why when we beat them in the CL it meant everything to us. 

 

Real Madrid were supposed to be the villains in this act. They were the ones with dodgy deals, Bent boards and sheer arrogance. Not saying thry aren't that these days, just barca are 100 times worse and need to be taught a lesson IMHO. They need some humility and to be allowed to go bust.

Hoddle had something like that in Spain a few years ago. One or two of our lads who were released ended up there.
